1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

We provide:

  • Commercial cleaning

  • Airbnb / short-term rental cleaning

  • Move-in / move-out cleaning

Service scope is based on the booking form and confirmation.

3. Booking & Scheduling

  • All bookings are subject to availability

  • Same-day service depends on scheduling

  • Advance booking is recommended

  • Incorrect information may cause delays

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices depend on service type and property details

  • Quotes may be adjusted if property condition differs

  • First-time customers receive 10% discount until May 31, 2026

  • Discount applies once per customer

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

6. 24-Hour Satisfaction Window

Clients may report concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

We will:

  • Review the concern

  • Offer reasonable corrective action

This does not apply to damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

7. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

We are not responsible for delays due to:

  • Locked properties

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Lack of access

8. Damage & Liability

We take great care; however:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage

  • Not liable for fragile or unsecured items

  • Clients should inform us of delicate surfaces

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service.

9. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Environment is unsafe

  • Presence of hazardous materials

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Illegal activity

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse website content

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Distribute harmful software

  • Copy content without permission

11. Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to Door Step Cleaning Solutions.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Business interruption

  • Missed profits

  • Delays beyond our control

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use indicates acceptance.
